Please read before placing an order
1. Agreement
- By placing an order on StreamyBD, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
2. Our Services
- StreamyBD sells digital subscriptions, account access, top-ups, and gift cards in Bangladesh.
- StreamyBD is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the platforms whose services we sell. All brand names belong to their owners.
3. Orders & Payment
- Prices are in BDT and shown on each product page.
- Payment is accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified.
- Each transaction ID (TrxID) can be used for one order only.
- If you send a wrong amount, contact us on WhatsApp before placing another order.
4. Delivery
- Orders are delivered automatically or manually, within the time shown on the product page.
- Your delivery link is your permanent order record. Keep it and your login details private.
- Delivery types (credential delivery, own-account delivery, gift cards) are explained in our Refund Policy.
5. Usage Rules
Breaking any of these rules voids all support, replacement, and refund:
- No sharing of the account or login details in any form.
- No logging in on more devices than your plan allows.
- No VPN use unless StreamyBD instructs you to use one.
- No changing the password, email, profile names, PINs, or other users' profiles.
- No changing account settings or the subscription.
6. Account Suspension
- If a particular user causes the suspension, for example by breaking the usage rules, that user is banned from StreamyBD and denied all future services, with no replacement and no refund.
- If the suspension happens through no fault of the user, that user gets a replacement.
- Send proof of the suspension notice so we can establish which case applies. See Clause 4 of our Refund Policy.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate payment and contact details.
- Report issues promptly with your order ID, TrxID, and screenshots.
- Respond and cooperate with troubleshooting within 24 hours, or support for that issue is voided.
8. Limitation of Liability
- StreamyBD is not responsible for platform policy changes, catalog changes, or platform-wide outages.
- For own-account purchases and gift cards, our liability ends at successful delivery.
- In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Privacy
- We collect only what we need to deliver and support your order: phone number, email (optional), and payment transaction details.
- We may send order and renewal reminder SMS. We do not sell your data.
10. Changes to These Terms
- StreamyBD may update these Terms at any time. The latest version on our website applies to all new orders.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
